This case report discusses a 46-year-old female patient with multiple colored tattoos who developed symptoms consistent with autoimmune/autoinflammatory syndrome induced by adjuvants (ASIA), including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cutaneous manifestations. The patient had a medical history of hypothyroidism and vulvar lichen sclerosus. The report highlights the importance of distinguishing ASIA syndrome from other immune-mediated diseases and calls for careful clinical evaluation, including a thorough review of the patient's medical history and potential exposure to immunostimulatory substances.
