TLDR Ayurvedic treatments can effectively manage hair fall.
A case study involving a 26-year-old female with hair fall (Khalitya), scalp itching, hair dryness, and dandruff was conducted at the National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur. The patient was treated with Nilibhringyadi Taila and oral administration of Dhatri Lauha, Brahma Rasayana, and Asthiposhaka Vati with milk for 2 months. The treatment showed effectiveness in managing Khalitya, with no adverse reactions reported. This suggests that these Ayurvedic therapeutics can be beneficial for hair fall management.
