    The case report discusses the Ayurvedic management of infertility associated with Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOS) in a 22-year-old female patient experiencing irregular menses and infertility despite 3 years of unprotected intercourse. The treatment focused on improving the qualities of Garbhasambhava Samagri through Samshodhan Karma, Uttar Basti, and Shaman Chikitsa. Following this Ayurvedic approach, the patient successfully conceived and maintained a healthy pregnancy. The study concludes that the Ayurvedic treatment was highly effective in addressing infertility related to PCOS.
