This study examined the effects of one-time versus two-time bleaching on hair dryness, elasticity, and color among six individuals in Padang City. Results indicated that one-time bleaching resulted in dry hair with strong elasticity and a colored appearance, while two-time bleaching led to very dry hair with very weak elasticity and a very colored appearance. The study found a significant effect of bleaching frequency on hair dryness, suggesting that the frequency of bleaching should be carefully considered in hair coloring practices to balance aesthetic outcomes with hair health.
