    BroadAMP-GPT is an innovative AI-driven platform designed to efficiently generate and validate antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) to combat multidrug-resistant ESKAPE pathogens. The study found that 57% of AI-generated AMPs were effective against these pathogens. A standout candidate, AMP_S13, exhibited remarkable stability across various physiological conditions and demonstrated low toxicity. It also proved effective in vivo, reducing mortality in an infection model and promoting wound healing in a skin infection model. This platform represents a significant advancement in the rapid discovery of stable, broad-spectrum AMPs with low toxicity, addressing the critical issue of antimicrobial resistance.
