Complete hair regrowth in childhood alopecia areata: A two-year case report

A 7-year-old girl with childhood alopecia areata, characterized by multiple scalp patches and diffuse hair thinning, achieved significant hair regrowth through individualized homeopathic treatment. The treatment included Sulphur, Fluoric acid, and Jaborandi, leading to visible hair regrowth within the first month and approximately 80% regrowth by four months. The patient experienced complete cessation of new patch formation, resolution of scalp itching, and disappearance of scalp warts. Over a two-year follow-up, only one small relapse occurred, which resolved without progression, and clinical improvement remained stable with nearly complete scalp coverage and sustained absence of active disease.
