The study evaluated the morphological effectiveness of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections in the complex treatment of androgenetic alopecia (AGA). It involved 44 patients, divided into two groups: one received minoxidil therapy, and the other received a combination of minoxidil and PRP. The results showed a positive trend in hair growth metrics, with an increase in the number of hair follicles, more hairs in the anagen phase, and fewer in the telogen phase. These improvements were more pronounced in patients who received the combined treatment.
