    This single case study explores the effectiveness of a comprehensive Ayurvedic treatment protocol for managing Indralupta, a condition similar to alopecia areata. The treatment involved a combination of therapies aimed at balancing Doṣhas, improving digestion, and clearing follicular obstructions. The patient showed significant clinical improvement, with a reduction in patch size, increased hair density, and restored follicular activity, without any adverse effects. The study concludes that this integrative Ayurvedic approach may offer a safe and effective alternative for managing alopecia areata.
