This study assessed the symptom experiences and coping strategies of 103 female breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. The most common psychological symptom was "worrying," while "weight loss" was the most prevalent physical symptom, and "hair loss" had a low prevalence. Active coping was primarily through praying or meditating (92.5%), passive coping involved activities to distract from the situation (71%), and seeking support was common, with patients often trying to get advice or help from others. Most participants were in stage III of breast cancer, and a significant portion had a bachelor's degree or higher.
