TLDR Brodalumab is more effective than ustekinumab in treating psoriasis.
A 38-year-old female presented with erythematous lesions on her face, neck, and cleavage, which had been present for over 10 years and were asymptomatic. She had no systemic symptoms or personal/family history of skin disease. The case was discussed in the context of Telangiectasia macularis eruptiva perstans, a rare form of cutaneous mastocytosis. The patient's condition was characterized by persistent erythematous macules, and the report highlighted the importance of recognizing this condition despite the absence of systemic involvement.
