    Combined autologous chylated fat (ACF) and concentrated growth factors (CGF) have shown promise as an effective treatment for postinjection alopecia following facial fillers. This novel therapeutic approach provides an option for early intervention, leading to improved esthetic outcomes. The study suggests that this combination therapy could be beneficial for patients experiencing hair loss after cosmetic procedures.
