TLDR Indulekha Bringha serum is more effective for hair growth and reducing hair fall than Redensyl.
This recent study assessed the effectiveness of two topical hair growth serums in 100 healthy Indian adults with hair loss over a 3-month period. The randomized, double-blinded trial compared Indulekha Bringha scalp serum (product A) and 3% Redensyl in serum vehicle (product B). Both products significantly improved hair growth parameters from baseline, but Indulekha Bringha scalp serum was more effective in increasing anagen hair density and reducing hair fall than the Redensyl formulation.
