    A 49-year-old man with erosive pustular dermatosis of the scalp (EPD), a rare skin condition marked by sterile pustules and crusted erosions, showed significant improvement after being treated with 0.1% mometasone furoate cream applied once daily. The diagnosis was based on the patient's history, clinical presentation, and histopathological analysis.
