Effectiveness of Structured Exercise Programme on Young Adult Women with PCOS: Analytical Study

    The study evaluated the effectiveness of a structured exercise program on 30 young adult women with PCOS, focusing on physical and emotional disturbances. Participants underwent a 5-week program including aerobic and resisted exercises, along with CBT sessions. Results showed significant improvements in Body Mass Index (BMI) and Waist Hip Ratio (WHR), with pre-test BMI at 26.88 and post-test at 25.46, and pre-test WHR at 0.971 and post-test at 0.818. The study concluded that the exercise program significantly improved the physical and mental well-being of young women with PCOS.
