An 11-year-old girl with 11 months of progressive hair loss was diagnosed with alopecia universalis (AU) and successfully treated with a combination of oral Baricitinib and sublingual minoxidil. This case underscores the importance of accurate diagnosis and effective management of AU in pediatric patients, suggesting a potential new treatment approach for children with alopecia areata (AA) and AU.
