TLDR Homeopathic treatment with Arsenicum album improved keratosis pilaris symptoms in one case.
This case report discusses the homoeopathic management of keratosis pilaris in a 40-year-old male using Arsenicum album 30C. The patient exhibited symptoms such as dry skin, rough follicular papules, restlessness, anxiety, and emotional distress. Following individualized treatment, there was progressive improvement in skin texture and a reduction in subjective symptoms. The report suggests that constitutional homoeopathic treatment may be beneficial for keratosis pilaris, but emphasizes the need for further clinical studies with larger sample sizes to confirm its effectiveness.
