TLDR A rare skin growth in a baby was successfully removed without coming back.
The document reported a unique case of a 10-month-old girl with a cutaneous hamartoma characterized by an increased number of both eccrine glands and hair follicles in the dermis, accompanied by skin hyperpigmentation on her left hypochondrium. This condition, termed "hybrid eccrine gland and hair follicle hamartoma," was identified as a new entity of adnexal nevus. The lesion was completely excised, and no recurrence was observed. Histopathological examination revealed reactive hyperplasia of collagen fibers alongside the increased glandular and follicular structures.
