    Inverted Follicular Keratosis (IFK) is a rare condition in young adults but should still be considered when diagnosing scalp lesions in all age groups. Accurate identification through dermoscopic and histopathologic features is crucial to prevent misclassification and ensure proper treatment. A definitive diagnosis relies heavily on histopathologic assessment.
