This case report details a woman with Alopecia Universalis and autoimmune thyroid disease who experienced significant hair regrowth following individualized homeopathic treatment with Natrum Muriaticum. Despite a 15-year history of severe hair loss and previous unsuccessful treatments, the patient saw gradual regrowth of scalp and eyebrow hair, improved scalp health, correction of nutritional deficiencies, and enhanced quality of life over two years.
