    Microneedles in cosmetology offer promising applications in hair growth, scar reduction, and anti-wrinkle therapy due to their painless, minimally invasive nature and precise drug delivery capabilities. They enhance drug bioavailability and allow for self-administration, making them suitable for various treatments, including alopecia, where they stimulate hair growth by improving the environment around hair follicles. Studies show significant hair growth when combined with treatments like minoxidil and finasteride. However, challenges such as limited drug delivery capacity, potential skin irritation, and the need for precise fabrication techniques persist. Opportunities exist in integrating microneedles with cosmetic molecules and AI, though threats include potential misuse for harmful substances. Further research is needed to address safety concerns and improve microneedle technology.
