Clinical Evaluation of the MIRA Technique in Cellulite Treatment: A Retrospective Case-Control Study

The study assessed the MIRA technique for treating stage 3 cellulite in 120 women, comparing it to standard methods. MIRA personalizes treatment using ultrasound to adjust needle length and injection angle, resulting in greater reductions in adipose tissue thickness, nodules, pain, edema, and fibrosis, with improved fascia regularity. Patient satisfaction was higher with MIRA, with over 76% reporting improved skin quality. Despite promising results, further prospective randomized trials are needed to confirm these findings.
