TLDR Ashwagandha seed exosomes may help promote hair growth.
The study investigates the microRNA, lipidomic, proteomic, and metabolomic profiles of seven lots of Ashwagandha seed exosomes. These exosome-like nanovesicles have been shown to up-regulate VEGF-A production, which is associated with promoting human hair growth in ex vivo experiments. The research provides supplementary data supporting the findings of the main manuscript, highlighting the potential of Ashwagandha-derived exosomes in hair growth treatments.
