It identifies statistically significant differences in adaptive potential and work motivation based on gender and experience. The findings highlight connections between work motivation factors and personal adaptation characteristics. The study's practical significance is in aiding HR managers and organizational psychologists to enhance work motivation, personal adaptive potential, and assess professional suitability in the real estate sector.
