Employees’ Motivation Specifics of a Commercial Enterprise in Mobilization Economy

    The article addresses the issue of employee motivation in commercial enterprises within a mobilization economy, aiming to identify motivational characteristics that enhance staff productivity and competitiveness. The study employs a systematic approach, including general scientific methods and specialized analyses. It finds that employee motivation is increasingly driven by primary needs such as personal safety, job security, and material incentives, rather than social needs. Classical labor motivation theories are becoming less relevant, and new motivational structures are emerging, influenced by factors like age, gender, and work experience.
