A Multimodal Hair-Loss Treatment Strategy Using a New Topical Phytoactive Formulation: A Report of Five Cases

    Sanusi Umar, Marissa J. Carter
TLDR The new topical botanical formulation significantly regrew hair in all five patients without side effects.
The study evaluated the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of a new topical botanical formulation, GASHEE, in five patients with hair loss, including those unresponsive to minoxidil. Over 3-15 months, all patients experienced significant hair regrowth and reported high satisfaction without adverse effects. The formulation, containing over 12 phytoactive ingredients, showed promising results, suggesting potential for further evaluation. However, the small sample size indicated the need for larger studies to confirm these findings.
