A 42-year-old woman was diagnosed with secondary syphilis and neurosyphilis, presenting symptoms such as oral pain, fever, headache, hair loss, systemic roseola, and keratitis. Diagnosis was confirmed through positive serological tests for RPR and TPHA, and a bone marrow test for FTA-ABS. She was treated with benzyl penicillin potassium 24 MU/day for 14 days. Three months post-treatment, her RPR levels decreased by 3.7-fold, indicating a cure.
