This review highlights the need for innovative drug discovery strategies to address unmet medical needs, focusing on improving treatment efficacy, safety, and patient compliance. It emphasizes the importance of identifying robust biomarkers for patient stratification and treatment response assessment. Exploring alternative molecular pathways and improving drug delivery methods could enhance treatment outcomes. The review underscores the necessity for spirited innovation to develop more effective AA treatments.
