    The study introduces an optimized force-triggered density gradient sedimentation (FDGS) method for isolating dermal papilla (DP) cells from neonatal mouse skin, demonstrating improved efficiency and purity over traditional methods. The isolated DP cells expressed key markers (alkaline phosphatase, β-catenin, versican, NCAM) and retained their hair regenerative capacity in vivo. This method simplifies the isolation process, making it more efficient and scalable, thus enhancing the potential for research in hair follicle biology and regenerative medicine. The study was validated through various experiments and approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University.
