In the study "Patient-Reported Satisfaction with Hair Regrowth in a Study of Ritlecitinib in Alopecia Areata: Results from ALLEGRO-2b/3," patients receiving active doses of ritlecitinib reported higher satisfaction with hair growth compared to those receiving a placebo, with results observed up to week 48. There was a strong agreement between the improvement in scalp hair growth as evaluated by clinicians and the satisfaction reported by patients, indicating that ritlecitinib may be an effective treatment for hair regrowth in individuals with alopecia areata.
