These conditions are characterized by elevated androgens, hormonal imbalances, and symptoms such as menstrual irregularities, obesity, hirsutism, depression, infertility, and excessive facial hair growth. Diagnosis involves medical history, physical examination, blood tests, and ultrasound. Treatment includes medication, surgery, lifestyle changes, and alternative therapies to manage hormone levels and symptoms.
