TLDR Covid-19 vaccination during pregnancy is safe for mothers and babies.
Two new studies supported the absence of obstetrical and neonatal risks associated with Covid-19 vaccination during pregnancy. The first study was a retrospective cohort study conducted in Ontario, including all births between December 14, 2020, and September 30, 2021. A total of 97,590 women received at least one dose of the vaccine, with 99.8% receiving mRNA vaccines.
