TLDR Blood count parameters are not reliable for predicting recurrent implantation failure.
This retrospective study evaluated 150 women with recurrent implantation failure (RIF) and 163 controls to explore the association between inflammatory parameters in the complete blood count and RIF. The study found that women with RIF had significantly lower platelet (PLT), plateletcrit (PCT), and lymphocyte counts compared to controls. However, these parameters were not effective predictors of RIF, as indicated by the low sensitivity and specificity values in the receiver operating characteristic curve analysis. Despite the significant differences in blood count parameters, they do not serve as reliable indicators for predicting RIF.
