Preseptal Cellulitis Due to Impetigo: A Case Report of Uncommon Presentation in Pakistan

    TLDR A woman in Pakistan was diagnosed with Lupus Vasculitis and treated successfully.
    A 30-year-old woman in Pakistan presented with symptoms including intermittent fever, joint pains, oral ulcers, photosensitivity, weight loss, hair fall, dry cough, and shortness of breath. Examination revealed malar hyperpigmentation, alopecia, nail dystrophy, erythema, and multiple skin ulcers. She also had synovitis in several joints. Imaging showed bilateral ground-glass opacification, and lab tests indicated positive Anti-Nuclear Antibody and Anti-Ro antibody, with reduced serum complement levels. She was diagnosed with Lupus Vasculitis and treated with steroids, mycophenolate mofetil, and hydroxychloroquine.
