    The study investigates the effects of intrathecal purified exosome product (IT PEP) injections on neurologic and functional recovery following spinal cord injury (SCI) in female rats. The results indicate that IT PEP may have beneficial effects post-SCI, but further research is needed to fully understand its role and to enhance its potential for clinical application.
