A 13-year-old female cat exhibited paraneoplastic alopecia, characterized by ventrally distributed hair loss and shiny skin, associated with an apocrine adenocarcinoma. Necropsy findings showed telogenisation and miniaturisation of hair follicles, supporting the diagnosis of paraneoplastic alopecia linked to the intraabdominal neoplasm.
