Analysis of Quality of Life in Individuals with Post-COVID-19 Alopecia

    The study aimed to analyze the quality of life in individuals with post-COVID-19 alopecia, involving 38 participants aged 18 to 59, divided into a group with alopecia (GCA) and a group without alopecia (GSA). Using the SF-36 questionnaire, the study found that alopecia significantly affects quality of life, particularly in the vitality domain. None of the participants required hospitalization due to COVID-19. The study concludes that the self-perception of alopecia negatively impacts quality of life, with vitality being the most affected aspect.
