A 10-year-old girl presented with symptoms of virilization, including excessive hair growth, weight gain, and deepening of voice, alongside signs of Cushing syndrome such as obesity and hypertension. Laboratory tests showed elevated cortisol and testosterone levels, and a CT scan revealed a large mass in the right adrenal gland. She underwent a right-sided adrenalectomy, and histopathology confirmed a benign adrenal adenoma. Post-surgery, her symptoms, including clitoromegaly and hirsutism, regressed over several months, and her biochemical parameters normalized within 8 months.
