This case report documents a six-month integrative naturopathic and yoga-based intervention for a 45-year-old female with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), who was experiencing moderate-to-severe disease activity despite conventional treatment. The intervention included an anti-inflammatory diet, hydrotherapy, mud therapy, massage, supervised fasting, targeted supplementation, and a structured daily yoga protocol. The patient continued her conventional pharmacotherapy under rheumatology co-management. The report highlights the potential benefits of combining naturopathy and yoga with standard treatment in managing SLE, as evidenced by improvements in immunological, haematological, and patient-reported outcomes. This approach may address both the physical and psychological well-being of patients with SLE.
