    TLDR Semaglutide may help some skin disorders but can also cause skin issues.
    Semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist, shows potential therapeutic benefits for skin disorders like psoriasis and hidradenitis suppurativa. However, there are also reports of cutaneous adverse reactions and new skin conditions associated with its use. Further research is needed to better understand its clinical utility and safety in dermatology.
