The study describes a single-port endoscopic technique for removing forehead osteomas, highlighting its effectiveness and cosmetic advantages. Conducted on 9 female patients with an average age of 48.9 years, the procedure achieved 100% success in complete osteoma removal and contour restoration, with no early or late surgical morbidities reported. This method, utilizing familiar otolaryngology skills and equipment, minimizes the risk of nerve injury and visible scarring compared to traditional open approaches. The endoscopic approach allows precise drilling and limits soft tissue dissection, offering a minimally invasive option with excellent cosmetic outcomes.
