TLDR Temporal triangular alopecia is a harmless, non-progressive hair loss condition.
An 18-year-old female was diagnosed with temporal triangular alopecia (TTA), characterized by a triangular, non-scarring alopecic patch in the left temporal region present since birth. The condition is non-progressive and does not affect the patient's quality of life, leading to a decision against treatment.
