    Trichofolliculoma is a rare, benign tumor of the hair follicle, typically appearing as a single lesion with a tuft of vellum hair. Due to the limited number of documented cases and the lack of a standardized treatment approach, this report aims to provide an observation and review of existing literature to address whether trichofolliculoma can recur.
