TLDR PRP injections with tadalafil and stretching safely improved Peyronie's symptoms but didn't significantly change curvature long-term.
This pilot study involving 38 patients with stable-phase Peyronie's Disease evaluated the effects of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections on penile curvature and patient-reported outcomes. Patients received two PRP injections, followed by tadalafil and penile stretching. Results showed a median reduction in penile curvature from 55° to 45° after three months, with significant improvements in Peyronie's Disease Questionnaire (PDQ) scores. However, the changes in penile curvature were not substantial enough to predict long-term clinical significance. No adverse events were reported, suggesting PRP is a safe treatment option for improving penile morphometric parameters and PDQ scores.
