Common symptoms included polyuria, polydipsia, lethargy, alopecia, and excessive panting. Blood analysis revealed eosinopenia, thrombocytosis, and elevated levels of alkaline phosphatase and alanine aminotransferase. A moderate positive correlation was found between alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase, and a significant negative correlation between glucose and sodium. No significant differences were observed in blood parameters between male and female dogs, nor was there a significant correlation between test results and blood parameters. The study concluded that clinical signs and blood parameters do not significantly aid in diagnosing hyperadrenocorticism.
