Pilomatricoma was identified as the most frequent benign lesion, comprising 33.3% of cases. Rare malignant tumors included adenoid cystic carcinoma, eccrine mucinous carcinoma, and high-grade malignant trichilemmal tumor, with malignancies representing 7.1% of the cases. Histopathology was emphasized as essential for accurate diagnosis and prognosis due to the clinical similarities of SATs to other skin lesions.
