HHDPCs were treated with varying concentrations of UC-MSC-Es and minoxidil for 72 hours, and cell proliferation was assessed using the WST-1 assay. The results, expressed as mean ± SEM with sample sizes ranging from 3 to 12, showed that UC-MSC-Es significantly enhanced the proliferation of HHDPCs compared to the control, with statistical significance indicated by *p < 0.05.
