Conducted at the Fertility Center in AL-Sadder Medical City, Iraq, the study involved 100 women, with 50 diagnosed with PCOS and 50 healthy individuals as controls. Blood samples were collected and analyzed using ELISA kits and biochemistry analyzers. The findings revealed that women with PCOS had significantly higher levels of DHEA, IL-6, and TNF-α compared to the healthy controls, indicating a correlation between PCOS and increased levels of these markers.
