Many participants also reported menstrual irregularities and endocrine comorbidities, such as polycystic ovary syndrome and thyroid disorders. The study concludes that hirsutism is common in young females and may indicate underlying endocrine dysfunction, highlighting the need for early screening and multidisciplinary evaluation. Larger studies are recommended to validate these findings.
