This case report highlights the successful management of alopecia areata in a 30-year-old female using solely Ayurvedic internal interventions. The patient, who had experienced patchy hair loss for four years, showed significant hair regrowth after 45 days of treatment with Ayurvedic medications and lifestyle modifications. By four months, the alopecia patches were largely covered, and no recurrence was observed during a six-month follow-up. The treatment focused on addressing Dosha imbalance, digestive impairment, and blood vitiation, demonstrating the potential of Ayurveda in promoting sustained hair regrowth and reducing recurrence in alopecia areata.
