This study evaluated the efficacy of Amalaki Churna as a Rasayana treatment for hair fall in a clinical trial involving 30 patients over 60 days. Participants took 3g of Amalaki Churna twice daily, and assessments were conducted using a hair-comb test, tracheoscopy, and subjective measures. Results showed a statistically significant reduction in hair fall (p<0.001), improved hair tensile strength, and decreased symptoms of Keshalpata and Darunaka, with no adverse effects reported. The positive outcomes are attributed to Amalaki's antioxidant, vitamin C, and Tridoshahara properties, indicating its potential as an effective treatment for hair fall.
